No, we believe not all natural ingredients are good for your skin and not all synthetic ingredients are bad. Although most of our products are made from high-quality natural ingredients, we focus on the good, whether natural or synthetic, that are effective and safe ingredients for our bodies and planet, without the toxins or questionable ingredients.
What Is The Shelf Life Of Your Products?
Our products have at least a 2-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. Once opened, please refer to the POA (period after opening) symbol that identifies the lifetime of the product after its package has been opened for the first time. It depicts an open cosmetic jar with a written number of months.
In addition, an expiration date is indicated on the bottom of each unit box and the product itself on some products.
Does Your Products Use Preservatives?
Yes. Any water-based product like ours is at high risk of growing bacteria, which can be harmful to the skin. The use of the preservatives helps stabilize the products and helps to have longer shelf life. We do stay away from questionable preservatives or that are known to cause harm to our bodies.
What Skin Types Are Your Products For?
Our products work well for all skin types and genders, whether young or mature, oily or dry. We like to focus on creating products that are high-performance and clean skincare to help revitalize, nourish and maintain the look of a healthy skin.
Are Your Products Safe To Use During Pregnancy?
Yes, our products are safe, and we ensure the safety of our products when used as directed by consumers. However, as there could be certain ingredients that physicians may not recommend for use during pregnancy and nursing, we always recommend that you discuss this with your physician and follow their advice.
Are Your Products Gluten-free?
Since individuals may exhibit a wide range of sensitivities to these proteins, we always recommend that you discuss our product's ingredient with your physician and follow their advice. Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! Domestic shipping is 100% on us for all US orders valued at $50 or more (that’s pre-tax and shipping costs). It’s a flat rate of $8 for orders under $50.
What Type Of Shipping Rates Do You Offer?
We offer 5-8 days flat shipping rate for $8 and free Domestic Economy Shipping for US Customers with orders valued $50 or more (excluding shipping cost + Tax.) We also offer 3-4 days flat Standard Shipping rate for $16 and 1-2 days Express Shipping rate for $20.
This excludes international shipping and U.S. territories to American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. The shipping cost will be determined by the cost of such destination.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship everywhere in the continental U.S. as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S territories.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories may take 8+ business days with Economy Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout". We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do! We now ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, parts of EU, and other designated countries.
We may not offer certain countries at this time. However, we are working to offer international shipping to certain designated countries in the near future.

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (we don't ship on weekends or major holidays). Orders placed by 1 PM PST Monday through Friday will be processed the same or following day. Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated and give an ETA on when you can expect your package to arrive.
When Will My Order Arrive?
For Economy Ground and Free Shipping option, orders arrive five to eight business days after processing. When you select Standard Shipping option, expect your order to arrive three to four business days after it’s been processed. If you're in a rush, when you select Express Shipping option, expect your order to arrive one to two business days after it’s been processed.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How Long Does It Take To Process A Return And Get A Refund?
Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1 to 2 business days for return processing, and 3 to 5 days business days for the credit to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by e-mail.
Would I Be Able To Return Products Not Bought From Your Store?
If you bought COMUNE products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.
