Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND OPERATING POLICY
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed by 1 PM PST Monday through Friday will be processed the same or the following business day. Orders placed after Friday at 1 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our domestic standard shipping carrier is UPS, FedEx, and USPS. International shipping carrier is DHL, UPS, and USPS.
Any lost package is the responsibility of the carrier designated for your package and any complaints or claims should be directed to your designated carrier. COMUNE is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from the carrier. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you did not receive your product then you must contact the carrier and file a claim with them.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take 8+ business days with Economy Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer a 4-7 days flat shipping rate for $8 and free domestic standard shipping for US Customers for orders valued at $50 or more (excluding shipping cost + Tax.) We also offer 2-3 days Express Shipping rate for $20.
This excludes international shipping and U.S. territories to American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana, U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico. The shipping cost will be determined by weight, size, and the cost of such destination.
We do offer international shipping to Canada, the UK, Australia, parts of the EU, and other designated countries. We may not offer certain countries at this time. However, we are working to offer international shipping to certain designated countries in the near future.
Standard Shipping: Delivered in 4-8 days for $8 Flat Rate and Free for domestic orders valued $50 or more.
Express Shipping: Delivered in 2-3 days for $20 Flat Rate.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please contact us at info@theComune.com.
Once the carrier accepts and scans the package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated along with an ETA on when the package can be expected to arrive at the final destination. Packages may or will be left at your doorstep by the designated courier after attempts to reach you at your door. Lost or stolen packages will not be refunded once scanned "Delivered" by the designated carrier.
We listed the contact information of the carriers who may be assigned to deliver your packages. You may contact them directly with delivery issues, change of delivery address, or any other delivery concerns you may have during the transit period of your packages. With tracking number available, please contact UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx directly depending on the carrier used for your packages.

We are closed on weekends or national holidays. We observe the following holidays:

- Thanksgiving - November 25th through 28th
- Christmas - December 24th through 26th
- New Year - December 31th-January 2nd
