What Is The Shelf Life Of Your Products?
Shelf Life:
- Unopened Products: Enjoy a shelf life of at least 2 years when stored unopened at room temperature. Your products will retain their integrity and perform as expected during this time.
- Opened Products: Look for the POA (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging. This symbol resembles an open jar with a number indicating the months the product remains effective after opening.
- Expiration Dates: In addition to the POA symbol, some products may also have an expiration date printed on the bottom of the unit box and the product itself.

Domestic Shipping:

Where Do You Ship?
We ship everywhere in the continental U.S. as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S territories.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories may take 8+ business days with Economy Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout". We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.

When Will My Order Ship?

- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
- Orders placed by 1 PM PST Monday-Friday may be processed the same or next business day.
- Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. This includes an estimated delivery date (ETA) so you can track your COMUNE goodies and know exactly when to expect them!
When Will My Order Arrive?
For Economy Ground and Free Shipping option, order arrives 5-8 business days or sooner after processing. When you select Standard Shipping option, expect your order to arrive 3-4 business days after processing. If you're in a rush, when you select Express Shipping option, expect your order to arrive 1-2 business days after it’s been processed.

Would I Be Able To Track My Shipment?
Yes! You will receive an e-mail notification from us with tracking number and packing slip after your order is processed and shipped.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If at any time within 14 days of receipt, you are not happy with the product, we would be more than happy to process a return for you.
To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and with its original packaging.

While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. If a pre-paid return sticker is issued from us for your use then the shipping cost will be deducted from your full refund amount.
The Packing Slip for your Return should be included along with the items you have notified us to return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for Returns and will not be calculated in your credit and/or refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sales, promotions, or gift cards. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS

Heads up: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
