RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If at any time within 30 days of receipt, you are not happy with the product, we would be more than happy to process a return for you. 

To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and with its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us by e-mail to info@theComune.com or from the Contact Us page.  Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, order no. or invoice no., and the reason for the return.

Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1 to 2 business days for return processing, and 3 to 5 days business days for the credit to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by e-mail. 

If you buy COMUNE products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.

While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. If a pre-paid return sticker is issued from us for your use then the shipping cost will be deducted from your full refund amount. 

The Packing Slip for your Return should be included along with the items you have notified us to return.  Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for Returns and will not be calculated in your credit and/or refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Contact Us 


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sales, promotions, or gift cards.  Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

Heads up:  It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
