Last week we headed up to Vancouver BC to set up the Ray Gordon “Throttled” show. Since we were driving up we decided to bring along COMUNE/Drop City contributors Plague Vendor or PLG\VNDR and have them play a couple shows along the way. Needless to say PLG\VNDR is one of the best new bands out and can crush any venue they play whether it be a venue, a house party, or an art gallery. We decided to title this impromptu tour the “Killing the Game” tour as part of an inside joke about how unplanned the trip was. No plans, no problems…

COMUNE snowboard contributor Ben Rice recently took a trip to Europe. Naturally, he neglected to plan for his trip in any possible way. No plan, no worries right?
Well, all he has to show for it are these one-hour-photo prints. Thanks Ben, glad you had a blast and once again learned nothing!
Luckily COMUNE/Drop City contributor Ryan Scardigli was along for the ride to shoot a charming video.

Weekend before last COMUNE ventured out to Joshua Tree for our Autumn/Winter 2012 catalog shoot. Along the way we decided to check out
this unique dome structure several people had been telling us about interestingly titled the “Integratron”. The Integratron is a dome-shaped
structure constructed out of plywood and fiberglass by George Van Tassel. He built the structure in Landers, California, USA as a
“rejuvenation machine” by following instructions provided by visitors from the planet Venus.

Night before last we went and saw Los Angeles based psych/heavy metal band Green and Wood play. This band features COMUNE/Drop City contributor Magda Wosinska and legendary skateboarder Ethan Fowler. I would have had this post up yesterday but my big kid hangover prevented me from doing so.
