Billy Mackey is the epitome of a minimalist. Last week he showed up at Corey Smith’s house from Colorado with nothing but the clothes on his back, a board bag containing one woman’s snowboard, a pair of snowboard boots with the tongue cut out that could double as hi-tops in their lack of ankle support, and a Snuggie. When it was time to hit the sack he wouldn’t sleep on my couch and just curled up on the hard wood floor with his clothes on and wrapped up in his Snuggie. He definitely takes the title of dirtiest guy on COMUNE and at the airport his nickname is “random bag check”. Billy doesn’t care about much, and he doesn’t need much to get by. As long as he’s snowboarding that’s all he needs.
