After SF I headed to Tahoe and Auburn for the 4th of July weekend to see some friends and meet up with COMUNE snowboarders, Ben Rice, and Andrew Brewer. Andrew Brewer was on fire. Here he is demonstrating his keg stance know as the “Gargoyle”. Needless to say the ladies were not impressed. After the patriotic festivities were over we headed to Mt. Hood to meet Brendan Gerard who had been lurking around Gov’t Camp. All Gerard had with him was his beat up snowboard, a ski mask, and some porno magazines. Kid’s these days right?
